Resilience in Lima: How Inspira is Nourishing Hope

At a shelter in Lima, Peru, I met Maurizio, a young boy whose radiant smile masked a battle with cancer. His resilience in the face of adversity ignited a passion in me and my colleagues at Newman Global to support the incredible work of Dr. Ricardo Pun-Chong and his Inspira initiative.

Inspira, founded in 2008, has expanded its mission from supporting children with cancer to providing vital care for those suffering from burns, cerebral palsy, and cleft lip. The scarcity of specialized hospitals in Peru often forces families to travel long distances to Lima for treatment, adding to their already overwhelming burdens. Inspira’s newly expanded shelter now offers refuge to 120 guests, a testament to the growing need for their services.

Fueling Hope, One Breakfast at a Time

Join us in our mission to raise $2,000 for Inspira, providing 600 nutritious breakfasts for the children they serve. Your donation will nourish their bodies and spirits, offering comfort and strength during their journeys.

Be the Difference

Every contribution, big or small, is a step closer to ensuring that no child at Inspira goes hungry. Together, we can make a real difference in the lives of these brave children and their families.
