During the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, a heartwarming collaboration emerged as volunteers, NGI (Newman Global Initiative), and local businesses in Vaughan united to prepare and distribute meals to the dedicated frontline workers and individuals facing challenging circumstances. This impactful initiative, lovingly dubbed ‘Pasta it Forward,’ demonstrated the power of community solidarity. Together, they worked tirelessly and efficiently, managing to deliver a remarkable total of over 100,000 nourishing meals to various regions across Ontario. Their collective efforts not only provided sustenance but also served as a heartwarming reminder of the strength and compassion that thrives during times of adversity.
